Navigate to Settings > AI Agents > Morgan. Toggle on 'Voice Transcription' and select your preferred microphone input. Morgan supports ambient listening during patient encounters or dedicated dictation mode after sessions.
Select from PRACTIS's library of SOAP note templates or create custom templates for your practice. Templates can be specialty-specific (orthopedic, neurological, pediatric) and include auto-populated fields for diagnosis codes, functional limitations, and treatment goals.
Morgan automatically checks every note for compliance issues before finalization: missing laterality, incomplete functional limitation reporting, 8-minute rule violations, and payer-specific documentation requirements. Configure which checks are warnings vs. hard blocks.
If your practice requires supervising therapist co-signatures, configure the co-signing workflow. Morgan routes completed notes to the designated supervisor with highlighted areas requiring review, and tracks co-signature deadlines.
