Create and manage custom SOAP note templates for different visit types, specialties, and documentation requirements.
Navigate to Documentation > Templates. PRACTIS includes a library of pre-built templates for common PT visit types: initial evaluation, follow-up visit, re-evaluation, discharge summary, and specialty-specific templates.
Click 'New Template' to build from scratch or duplicate an existing template. Define sections, required fields, dropdown options, and auto-populated values. Templates support conditional logic — for example, showing different fields based on the visit type or diagnosis.
Map templates to specific visit types so Morgan automatically selects the correct template when starting a new note. You can also set default templates per clinician or per specialty.
