Configuring Your Practice Profile

Set up your practice details, locations, operating hours, and branding to customize your PRACTIS experience.

Access practice settings

Navigate to Settings > Practice Profile from the dashboard sidebar. Here you'll find all configurable practice details organized into tabs: General, Locations, Hours, and Branding.

Complete general information

Verify your practice name, NPI, tax ID, and primary contact information. Add your practice website URL and any specialty certifications. This information is used on patient-facing documents and insurance submissions.

Add practice locations

If you operate multiple clinics, add each location with its address, phone number, and place of service code. PRACTIS uses location data for scheduling optimization, payer-specific routing, and compliance reporting.

Set operating hours

Configure your standard operating hours for each location. These hours are used by the scheduling AI to optimize appointment slots and by the reminder system to send notifications at appropriate times.
