Creating Your PRACTIS Account

Step-by-step guide to creating your PRACTIS account and completing initial setup for your physical therapy practice.

Visit the PRACTIS signup page

Navigate to practis.health and click 'Try Free' in the top navigation. You'll be directed to the account creation form where you can start your 30-day free trial with no credit card required.

Enter your practice information

Fill in your practice name, NPI number, primary address, and contact information. PRACTIS uses your NPI to pre-populate payer enrollment data, saving you significant setup time. If you have multiple locations, you can add them later from the Settings page.

Create your admin account

Set up your personal admin credentials including your name, email, and a strong password. As the account creator, you'll automatically be assigned the Admin role with full access to all features, settings, and team management capabilities.

Configure your specialty and payer mix

Select your primary specialty (orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports, geriatric, etc.) and add your top insurance payers. PRACTIS uses this information to customize authorization workflows, documentation templates, and compliance rules specific to your practice type.

Complete the onboarding checklist

After account creation, you'll see a guided onboarding checklist on your dashboard. This walks you through inviting team members, connecting your EHR integration, setting up your first patient, and configuring AI agent preferences. Most practices complete onboarding within 15 minutes.
