Configure multi-channel appointment reminders that achieve 95%+ confirmation rates and reduce no-shows.

Configure reminder channels

Navigate to Settings > Reminders. Enable your preferred channels: SMS text messages, email, and/or push notifications. Most practices use a combination of SMS and email for maximum reach.

Set reminder timing

Configure when reminders are sent relative to the appointment time. The default sequence (48 hours, 24 hours, 2 hours) achieves the highest confirmation rates. You can customize timing for different appointment types.

Customize message templates

Edit the reminder message templates to match your practice's voice. Include the patient's name, appointment date/time, location, and a confirmation/cancellation link. PRACTIS supports personalized messages with dynamic fields.
