Understanding the Dashboard

A complete guide to the PRACTIS dashboard — understanding KPIs, activity feeds, agent status, and daily action items.

1

Overview of the dashboard layout

The PRACTIS dashboard is your command center, divided into key sections: KPI cards at the top showing revenue, active patients, claim rate, and urgent items; an AI agent activity feed in the center; and a daily action items panel on the right.

2

Understanding KPI cards

The top row displays your most critical metrics: monthly revenue with trend indicator, active patient count, first-pass claim acceptance rate, urgent authorization count, and overall compliance score. Each card is clickable and links to the detailed report for that metric.

3

Monitoring AI agent activity

The central feed shows real-time activity from all 7 AI agents. You'll see completed authorizations, generated SOAP notes, flagged billing issues, and scheduling optimizations. Each activity item links to the relevant patient or workflow for quick action.

4

Managing daily action items

The right panel lists items requiring your attention: pending authorization approvals, documentation needing co-signatures, flagged claims, and appointment conflicts. Items are prioritized by urgency and deadline.
