Referral Intelligence Agent Setup

Configure Jordan, the Referral Intelligence Agent, to track physician referral patterns, detect dormant sources, and automate reactivation outreach.

1

Connect referral sources

Navigate to Referrals > Sources to add your referring physicians. Jordan can auto-import referral data from your EHR integration or you can manually add sources. Each source is tracked with referral volume, conversion rate, and activity timeline.

2

Configure dormancy detection

Set the dormancy threshold — the number of days without a referral before Jordan flags a source as dormant. The default is 45 days. Jordan analyzes historical patterns to distinguish between seasonal variations and genuine referral drops.

3

Set up reactivation campaigns

When Jordan detects a dormant referral source, it drafts a personalized outreach message highlighting recent patient outcomes, new services, or practice updates. You can review and send these messages or configure auto-send for trusted sources.

4

Monitor referral analytics

The Referrals dashboard shows real-time metrics: total referrals this month, conversion rate, average time from referral to first visit, and referral source rankings. Use these insights to focus your physician relationship efforts.
