Connect your Clinicient or TherapySource account with PRACTIS for seamless practice management data sync.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Clinicient. If you use TherapySource (now part of WebPT), select the TherapySource option instead.
Enter your Clinicient/TherapySource credentials. PRACTIS uses OAuth for secure authentication — your password is never stored in PRACTIS.
Review the field mapping between Clinicient and PRACTIS. Most fields map automatically, but you may need to manually map custom fields or specialty-specific data points.
Run a test sync with a small data set to verify mapping accuracy. Once confirmed, activate the full integration and run the initial data import.
