1. Overview
We want every practice to feel confident in their decision to use PRACTIS. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and credits may be issued for subscription fees paid to PRACTIS Health, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Free Trial
All new accounts begin with a free trial period as described on our pricing page. During the trial, you have full access to the Services at no cost. No credit card is required to start a trial. If you do not wish to continue after the trial, simply do not subscribe — your account will be downgraded automatically.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Because you have the opportunity to evaluate the Services during the free trial before subscribing, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- A documented, material service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours that was caused by the Company.
- A billing error resulting in an overcharge or duplicate charge.
- Cancellation within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription if you have not substantially used the Services.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the beginning of the annual billing cycle. Annual plans include a discount compared to monthly billing.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial annual subscription. After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the Services for the remainder of your billing period.
If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining months.
5. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise and custom plans are governed by the terms of the individual service agreement executed between the Company and the customer. Refund terms for enterprise customers are specified in those agreements and may differ from this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the charge in question.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the Services continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your data will be retained for 90 days after the end of your billing period to allow for export, after which it will be securely deleted.
8. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for the difference between plan tiers during the current billing period.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing disputes.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
